How can a professionally written resume help me?
Your resume is your first impression to a potential employer. If your resume does not reflect your qualifications in a clear and concise manner it will probably be passed over to the next resume. Look at it as your resume is the first step to opening the door for interviews, it is the most important element of your job search. It is the first glimpse of who you are that is presented to your potential new employer.

What is the process to get my resume written, and how to I pay?
Visit my pricing page and see the level of service that you may need, as well as cover letters, references, resume distribution, private coaching on job search techniques and interviewing. If you know what services you need, simply add it to your cart and check out through Paypal using your credit card or a transfer from your checking account. Even if you don't have an account with Paypal you can check out without creating an account with them. So very little hassle. Due to the nature of our creative business, all fees must be paid in advance of services via a credit card.

Once approved the work is non-cancealable and non-refundable. Or you can also get a customized quote. You can email or fax us though our resume page. Answer a few questions and provide your old resume for review. Let us know what your goals and needs are. We will email or fax you our recommendation and a quote of prices based on your needs. You sign our agreement and provide your credict card number.

Due to our creative work and business, all fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable and non cancealable. For both options, after payment has been received, we will send you an email with the tools to get started. A set of pre-work proprietary worksheets and exercises to complete on work history. Cheat sheets for your profession to help you generate accomplishments. Upon receipt of your completed work we will review them. Then schedule your personal phone interview to brainstorm and clarify your goals and information, and we'll talk strategy.

Your resume will be written and sent to you for approval/changes. Your resume typically takes between 1-3 weeks to write. I am not a resume mill that churns and spits out a resume in 10 minutes. I write your resume after thinking about you and your goals and needs. I want to make sure that you are truly represented in your resume and getting the interviews and position that you want. My contract says that "Normal turn around is 7-14 business days from receipt of payment and completed questionnaire. Rush charges will apply if required time is faster.'

The final resume is emailed to you in Microsoft Word XP, a.doc document If you need additional formats please indicate like ASCII or .txt, a plain text version so you can cut and paste into job websites like monster, or dice .

Can I see samples of your work?
Every resume is different. Each resume has been developed specifically for the client, and it is not obvious to the casual reader. Every client has a different situation and thus their resume reflect their needs. I limit my samples that I share since too many unscrupulous people try and steal my earnest hard work and are not willing to pay for customer service. I get people asking me for free advice all the time. Its like asking for free groceries or a free car.

What about Confidentiality/Privacy?
We have a written confidentiality/privacy statement that details our policy. Basically we never sell or rent your information to anyone else for commercial use. I also protect your specific identity information.
